Epcon Communities is growing in the Columbus market, and we are looking for a talented Design Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the home design process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy while helping buyers bring their vision of a new home to life.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to homebuyers throughout the design process.
• Present and explain available options and upgrades, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Manage and process design selections accurately, including ordering materials.
• Assist with model home staging and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Handle additional administrative responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience guiding customers through design selections, preferably in homebuilding or a related supplier environment.
• This position is primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility required for evenings or weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
