Role Description

The Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. In this position, the consultant works directly with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and design preferences, providing guidance on furniture selection, room layouts, and overall interior styling. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting product options, creating design proposals, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role involves meeting sales goals, maintaining an inviting showroom environment, and staying current on product lines, trends, and promotions. Design Consultants collaborate with team members and in-home design services to deliver cohesive solutions and a seamless shopping experience.
