Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages the procurement and contracting for design and construction projects.
• Drafts and issues complex solicitations (ITBs, RFPs, RFx) and coordinates pre-proposal meetings.
• Reviews bids/responses, determines responsiveness, and supports bid award recommendations.
• Drafts MOAs and contract documents; maintains files and related records.
• Assists in resolving contractor issues and provides guidance on procurement procedures.
• Reviews insurance certificates and related procurement documentation.
