Job summary

Lands' End is seeking a design co-op in the United States to contribute to product development under mentorship from seasoned designers. You will explore color, fabrication, silhouettes and trend ideas while supporting visual set ups and presentations to convey the design vision.

Through trend analysis and market research, you will create and maintain design books and journals, gaining hands-on experience in multiple design functions within our global multi-channel retail environment.

Qualifications

• Working toward a degree in apparel design or related field.
• Strong eye for trends and color.
• Able to analyze market data and translate into ideas.
• Must be able to present ideas in boards and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trend and competitor research.
• Develop technical flats and inspiration boards.
• Create visual setups and presentations.
• Assist with fittings/returns analysis.
• Support design team with color and fabric explorations.
