Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Transportation Project Manager I to lead project teams on infrastructure initiatives in Milwaukee and beyond. You will manage budgets, schedules, and technical requirements while ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Applicants should have an engineering degree with relevant experience, with a track record in design-build or multi-disciplinary projects. Some travel to project offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage budgets, schedules, technical requirements.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on infrastructure projects.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure quality control of deliverables.
• Develop project specifications and assist in planning stages.
• Monitor and report on progress, risks, and client satisfaction.
