Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Eng, Eng Tech, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, design coordination, project engineering, or preconstruction.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate communication between engineers, designers, project managers, estimators, and field operations.
• Assist with design reviews, constructability evaluations, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, specs, and design records.
• Support design-build proposals, RFQ/RFP responses, and strategy sessions.
• Track schedules, meetings, and deliverables; assist with permit tracking and reporting.
