Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring a Project Manager to join our NY Metro and Long Island City area team. You will lead complex, design-build construction projects that significantly improve the safety and longevity of critical infrastructure.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction planning to delivery—and drive collaboration across engineering, design, and field teams. You will own communication with internal and external stakeholders, run regular team and client meetings, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial or public construction/restoration.
• Experience managing projects up to $10M.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own communication across internal and external stakeholders—keeping projects aligned and moving forward.
• Run regular team and client meetings to align on goals, timelines, and progress.
• Manage procurement and contracts for subs, vendors, and materials to ensure high value and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, change orders, claims, and disputes.
• Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk plans with transparency and precision.
• Ensure top-tier quality control in collaboration with designers and QC teams.
• Champion a strong safety culture, aligning with OSHA and project-specific standards.
