Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, Procore, Timberline is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordination of design and construction with the project team.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Aid in creating project schedules and bid packages.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and generate estimates/proposals.
• Communicate with subcontractors on drawings and schedule.
• Attend meetings and record minutes; assist in project planning.
• Compile weekly progress reports for owner review.
