Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors to the showroom.
• Create a warm and hospitable experience for guests.
• Monitor sales ups and leads.
• Handle incoming phone calls appropriately.
• Manage resource room inventory and product tags.
• Manage resource room inventory and product tags.
• Assist with managing showroom-related expenses.
• Handle daily, weekly, monthly paperwork and reporting.
• Coordinate with corporate partners in accounting, operations, buying teams, and visual merchandising.
• Work closely with the General Manager on projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience and showroom operations.
• Assist the General Manager with various tasks and appointments as required.
• Maintain daily operations in General Manager’s absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Weekends and some Holidays are required.

• Keep track of swatches and materials on loan.
• Manage resource room inventory and product tags.
• Assist with managing showroom-related expenses.
• Handle daily, weekly, monthly paperwork and reporting.
• Coordinate with corporate partners in accounting, operations, buying teams, and visual merchandising.
• Work closely with the General Manager on projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience and showroom operations.
• Assist the General Manager with various tasks and appointments as required.
• Maintain daily operations in General Manager’s absence.
