Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience with a track record of creative projects and client alignment with budgets
• Minimum of 3 years of architectural experience in public works, higher education, K-12, Governmental Offices, Community Health facilities, Recreation, Public Safety, or other non-templated community or mixed‑use works.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process and develop the design concept and vision
• Act as liaison between the client and the production team
• Share expertise to develop junior architects
• Ensure the design intent remains intact throughout the project
• Assist with proposals and marketing materials
• Represent BWS in the community and with potential clients
