We don’t just test technology; we test the full experience, ensuring our products are reliable, intuitive, and ready to support mission success.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a collaborative and technically strong engineer to join our onsite team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will support network and systems integration testing for aerospace products, helping validate robust connectivity solutions across the product lifecycle. You will work with aircraft systems from development through certification and delivery, partnering with internal and external customers to support high-quality, service-ready hardware and software.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to laboratory and airplane testing, support troubleshooting of fielded systems, and help verify that system designs meet operational and functional requirements.

  • Support the development of hardware, software, and interface specifications with internal customers and cross-functional teams
  • Test and validate system designs to ensure operational and functional requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot fielded hardware and software issues across the product lifecycle
  • Contribute to airplane installation design and certification efforts for Network and Digital Connectivity systems and airplane programs
  • Work with organizations across Company Commercial Airplanes, Global Services, and Test & Evaluation to support end-to-end system verification
  • Engage with airline customers to understand intended use cases for network and connectivity solutions
  • Develop operational use cases and define how systems will be evaluated against them
  • Write detailed integrated test procedures and plans, and execute those plans in lab and airplane environments
  • Define and configure laboratory test setups
  • Participate in flight test evaluation of Connectivity and Network systems
  • Create software scripts to support and/or automate test procedures and analysis
  • Evaluate the performance, reliability, and stability of connectivity Internet Protocol (IP) links, wired and wireless
What Makes This Role Exciting

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions and see the bigger picture. You’ll collaborate with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot real-world issues, and help support the organizations that maintain, service, and operate Company products.
