About Team: Join our Network and Digital Connectivity Lab Test Team, where innovation meets real-world impact. This is not your typical test team — we put ourselves in the shoes of the people who use Company products every day, from mechanics and flight crews to engineers and customers, to make sure our solutions work seamlessly in the real world.
Our team is all about customer-centric testing. We dive into use-case-based testing, collaborate directly with customers, and validate how systems perform in actual operating environments—both in the lab and on the airplane. We are seeking a collaborative and technically strong engineer to join our onsite team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will support network and systems integration testing for aerospace products, helping validate robust connectivity solutions across the product lifecycle. You will work with aircraft systems from development through certification and delivery, partnering with internal and external customers to support high-quality, service-ready hardware and software.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to laboratory and airplane testing, support troubleshooting of fielded systems, and help verify that system designs meet operational and functional requirements.

Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
