What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality artwork
- Learn and execute artwork for legal and regulatory compliance
- Deliver production-ready files, following provided technical specifications
- Prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines
- Assist in additional responsibilities as directed by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Design Adaptation, Production Art, or Graphic Design, preferably within the consumer packaging industry
- Proficient in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of packaging production, including print processes, finishes, artwork requirements, and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive under pressing deadlines
