El Chorro Lodge in Paradise Valley seeks an energetic hospitality professional to be the bar ambassador for our signature experiences. You’ll craft cocktails, greet guests, and support the dining room team with warmth, precision, and attentiveness in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker card or certification required.
• Alcohol Management Certification required.
• Food and beverage experience preferred; strong service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with gracious service.
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and present cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Share beverage specials and help guests choose pairings.
• Enter orders and guest checks using the Aloha POS.
• Process transactions and handle cash securely.
• Close and store beverages, equipment, and supplies at shift end.
• Support restaurant manager and team as needed.
• Maintain a fully stocked, polished bar daily.
