Job summary

The Oasis at Death Valley is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage receiving orders and daily warehouse operations for our Desert Oasis location. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, timely transfers, and ensuring quality of received goods.

Responsibilities include supervising requisitions, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining organized storage with a First In, First Out policy. Join a team in a unique desert resort environment with strong guest service focus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills demonstrated in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with other departments and employees.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire. On-site training is available.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and oversee daily warehouse functions.
• Efficient use of the CloudSuite system for transfers of Requisitions to ensure accurate inventory control procedures.
• Supervise the accurate completion of daily requisitions paperwork.
• Coordinate deliveries and transfers to the operating departments.
• Confirm all items received were ordered and ensure they are of the appropriate quality.
• Receive ordered items into the warehouse and ensure they are stocked in the correct location.
• Rotate all products to represent a “First In, First Out” philosophy of product usage.
• Accurately fill all orders and check in vendor deliveries.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to the manager.
• Participate in regular inventories of the warehouse.
