You will execute daily site walks, troubleshoot irrigation issues, and coordinate with vendors while working independently to uphold the property’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walks to monitor landscape health, irrigation performance, and overall quality
• Identify and troubleshoot plant stress, leaks, coverage issues, and maintenance needs
• Inspect, repair, and maintain drip and spray irrigation systems (emitters, heads, valves, controllers)
• Support plant care including pruning, fertilizing, weeding, and desert plant replacements
• Provide quality control and direction to landscape vendors and contractors
• Assist with site materials (rock, mulch, planting beds) and perform hands‑on work as needed
• Document issues and recommend improvements for water efficiency and long‑term landscape health
• Take ownership of daily landscape performance while working independently
