Job summary

Tresco, Inc. is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker for White Sands Missile Range, NM. The role is full-time with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, and a wage of $17.75 per hour.

The candidate maintains desert landscaping, sidewalks, and other areas in a clean, safe condition while following contract standards. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 years in grounds maintenance, irrigation experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance.
• Experience with irrigation systems.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Mow all improved grounds to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
• Edge sidewalks, driveways, street edges, curbs, and other hard-surfaced areas.
• Trim areas not accessible to mowing equipment.
• Remove debris and inspect grounds for a neat, clean appearance.
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely, including mowers and tractors.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and related tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and contract requirements.
