Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a compassionate Part Time Outreach Worker to join our DESE program. The role supports families caring for children with severe autism, providing assistance with supervision, daily living activities, cooking, and transportation.

Two part-time positions are available: Sun-Fri 3:00p-6:00p (18hrs) and Mon-Fri 3:00p-6:00p (15hrs). Pay rate is $20.00/hour. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma are required.

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Part Time Outreach Worker to join our DESE program. Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Program partners with families to create and coordinate supports within the family home. The ideal person for this position has experience in autism and a solid understanding of all aspects of patient home health care. Looking for a Part Time Outreach Worker to perform a variety of duties to support families caring for children with severe autism by providing assistance with supervision, everyday living, activities, cooking, and transportation as needed.

Schedule: 2 Part Time Positions

• Sun-Fri 3:00p - 6:00p (18hrs)
• Mon-Fri 3:00p - 6:00p (15hrs)

Pay rate: $20.00/hour

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle
• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma
