Job summary

Con Edison in New York is seeking a Clean Energy Project Lead for Distributed Energy Resource Integration & Management (DERIM) to drive operational integration of our GridOS DERMS platform and related DER technologies.

You will bridge DERIM with electric operations, control centers, engineering and program teams, developing operating procedures, control strategies, and monitoring requirements to ensure safe, reliable DER adoption.

• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational integration of GridOS DERMS and other DER technologies.
• Develop operating procedures, control strategies, and monitoring requirements.
• Collaborate with DERIM, electric operations, control centers, engineering and program teams to align DERMS with day-to-day operations.
• Define future operating models and validate use cases through testing.
• Enable adoption of DER-related technologies across the organization.
