Job summary

Summit Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced AP/CP Board Certified Dermatopathologist to join a busy multi-subspecialty practice group. You will sign out dermatopathology cases, including high-volume skin biopsies, using a digital pathology platform.

Requirements include NJ and NY State Medical Licenses, BE/BC in Dermatopathology, and a minimum of 4+ years of dermatopathology sign-out. On-site ancillaries, CAP/CLIA/NYS compliance, and tumor-board participation are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required for high-volume dermatopathology sign-out.
• Computer skills to facilitate digital pathology sign-out.
• Board certification in Dermatopathology with 4+ years of sign-out experience.

Responsibilities

• Sign-out dermatopathology cases with a focus on high-volume skin biopsies.
• Provide expert dermatopathology diagnostic services via digital pathology platform.
• Consult on challenging dermatopathology cases including inflammatory dermatoses and cutaneous neoplasms.
• Ensure accurate and timely case sign-out in compliance with CAP/CLIA/NYS standards.
• Contribute to laboratory quality assurance and tumor board participation.
