Animal Dermatology Clinic - Richmond is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with Board-Certified Dermatologists and the technical team to manage cases, support treatments, and bridge communication between doctors and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in a veterinary facility is required.
• Must be friendly and people oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to be cross-trained for front office receptionist duties.
• Team player willing to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent relations with clients and pets in waiting areas and exam rooms.
• Exceed the client’s expectations of service.
• Compassionate nursing care is the top priority for all patients.
• Record keeping.
• Fill prescription and dispense medications as prescribed by the doctor, etc.
