Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology invites NPs and PAs to join Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive dermatology training program led by two Physician Directors.

You’ll complete didactic and clinical rotations in El Paso or Dallas, with daily patient exposure, milestone assessments, and a guaranteed clinic placement after graduation.

During training, you’ll earn a competitive salary of $60,000, a sign-on bonus and housing stipend, plus travel and education expense reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to a clinic post-training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision during didactic and clinical sessions.
• Participate in daily clinical rotations and milestone assessments.
• Complete training and secure post-program placement.
