Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Dermatology team in Portland, ME. The RN will support general dermatology providers in a dynamic clinical setting with hands-on patient care and coordination, including rooming, triage, injection education, and wound assessment.

Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends promotes work-life balance. The MH RN II level emphasizes developing skills over time, with automatic advancement after 1 year upon meeting onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current applicable state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Support dermatology providers in a clinical setting.
• Provide rooming, triage, and in-basket management.
• Administer injections and educate on wound care.
