Required Qualifications:

1. BC/BE in Dermatology
2. Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the state of WA
3. Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $500,000 to $635,717.00 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
