Job summary

Sanford Health – Marshfield Clinic in Chippewa Falls, WI seeks a BC/BE Dermatologist to join a well-established practice with a solid patient panel and opportunities in education and research within our rural health system.

The compensation package starts with a floor of $675,000 for the first two years, plus potential to exceed the floor via wRVUs, plus a $125,000 retention incentive for 4 years of service; relocation and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required with dermatology residency (ACGME/AOA/RCPSC) and board certification or eligibility.
• Experience tracked via residency/fellowship log or 24-month activity report with 100+ dermatology cases.
• Active involvement in dermatology procedures and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examination, provide consultative services, diagnose and treat patients across all ages.
• Provide nonsurgical and surgical dermatology care within established practice.
