Job Overview

Mission Heritage Healthcare in Mission Viejo, CA is actively seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Dermatologist to join our growing practice. The incoming physician will join two existing Dermatology providers and will experience a robust patient load, averaging over 30 patients per day. Our appointment structure ensures quality care and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications & Preferences

• While experienced dermatologists are preferred, motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• We foster a laid-back, team-oriented culture that emphasizes camaraderie.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: 36 hours per week.
• Minimal hospital call duties.
• Compensation ranges from $417,104 to $641,233 annually, including incentives such as productivity, quality, call pay, and extra shifts. CME benefits may also be available.
