Job summary

Optum WA in Everett, WA seeks a Dermatologist to join our team. You will provide general dermatology consultations, follow-ups and procedures with autonomy in a physician-led practice.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Dermatology is required.
• Ability to obtain a WA medical license is required.
• DEA license with full prescriptive authority is required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Focus on General Dermatology consultations, follow-ups and procedures.
• Provide patient care with physician autonomy in a dermatologist-led practice.
• Collaborate with Mohs surgeons for referrals and maintain EMR documentation.

Your Practice:

• High degree of physician autonomy in physician led practice
• Focus on General Dermatology consultations, follow-ups and procedures
• Excellent MOHS surgeons on staff for quick referrals
• Dedicated 1:1 MA support & ability to utilize medical scribes
• EMR Epic & AI powered documentation solution
• 4-day work week (or less)

Required Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Dermatology
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the state of WA
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $358,000 - $701,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
