Synectics Inc. is seeking a Dermatology Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive patient care in dermatology clinics. You will take histories, perform exams, order labs and imaging, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

Responsibilities include surgical assistance, wound care, and patient education while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of safety. Must hold an active PA license and graduate from an accredited PA program.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current and unrestricted PA license in the relevant state.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsabilités

Take complete patient histories and review medical records to build comprehensive assessments.
Order and interpret labs and imaging as needed.
Perform thorough physical examinations and document findings.
Develop diagnoses and treatment plans.
Initiate treatment and refer patients to specialists as needed.
Monitor patient responses and adjust plans accordingly.
Provide clear patient instructions and education.
