Job summary

Skin and Cancer Institute in California seeks a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dermatology team. You will work with board-certified dermatologists and medical staff to deliver skin health services, including cancer screenings and in-office procedures.

The ideal candidate has an active California PA license; dermatology experience is preferred but training is provided. Excellent communication, strong clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in California.
• Dermatology experience preferred, but training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and skin cancer screenings
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions
• Conduct in-office procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and more
• Assist in surgical dermatology cases and post-operative care
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and prevention
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top-quality care
