Job summary

Skin and Cancer Institute is seeking a Physician Assistant in California to work closely with board-certified dermatologists and medical staff, focusing on skin cancer detection, treatment, and overall patient care. You will perform skin evaluations, assist in surgeries, educate patients, and document care thoroughly while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in California.
• Dermatology experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Passion for patient care and dermatologic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and skin cancer screenings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
• Conduct in-office procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and more.
• Assist in surgical dermatology cases and post-operative care.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and prevention.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top-quality care.
