• Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Salary Range: $111,000 - $145,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments for acute and chronic conditions.

• Work autonomously and within interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
