Job description

Dermatologist opening in Waukee, Iowa. Located 15 miles from Des Moines.

Position Details:

1. Full-time, permanent position
2. Located in a brand new, multi-specialty building
3. Strong, established referral base of over 40 clinics
4. Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine if you wish
5. No call, no weekends
6. Opportunity to utilize specialty skills such as MOHS, cosmetics, or other skin procedures
7. Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
8. Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
9. Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
10. 24/7 hospitalist program responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients
11. Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Qualifications:

1. MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified
2. Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
3. Hold current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the field of practice
4. Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
