• Practice Setting (Office/Clinic (Outpatient)/Inpatient/Free-Standing Surgical Center): Office/clinic
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP (flexible)
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8a-12p, 1-5p
• Call Schedule: NA
• Call Ratio: NA
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic: 25-30 per 8 hour day
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - Hospital: NA
• Number of Physicians in Practice: one part time dermatologist
• Will Other Dermatologists Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates? Yes
