Dermatology Opportunity in Western Massachusetts

• Currently, there is 1 full-time Lead dermatologist, 1 part-time dermatologist, 1 Physician (Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon), and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• The practice has excellent support from a full-time Plastic Surgeon for cancer and other consults.
• The facility has recently been renovated to include 6 exam rooms and 2 fully equipped procedure rooms for in-clinic procedures. Liquid Nitrogen is available onsite.
• Full clinical and administrative support is provided.
• The practice is busy, with less than a 2% no-show rate, and the schedule is consistently full.
• Practitioners have full clinical autonomy.
• Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility; typically, 36 hours are clinical and 4 hours are administrative. The office is located in Lenox, about 10-15 minutes from the hospital.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Position is open to full-time or part-time candidates.
• Potential to expand the team by adding 1-2 more providers to form a 3-4 person group.
• Ability to perform MOHs surgeries and cosmetic procedures is desirable.
• Seven weeks off annually, including CME, vacation, and sick leave.
• An annual CME allowance of $4,500 is provided.
• A $45,000 recruitment incentive is offered (negotiable).
• Compensation starts with a guaranteed salary, transitioning into a RVU-based production model.
