Submission Requirements
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE NOTED IN ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS. REQUIRED PRIOR TO CLIENT PRESENTATION:
- Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Dermatology (note in additional submission details when the expected graduation is and when the provider will obtain certification). REQUIRED, no exemptions.
- For Board Eligible - (within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment) - (note in additional submission details) - REQUIRED.
- IA medical license (or ability to obtain) REQUIRED.
- Willingness to build a new practice alongside a seasoned dermatologist (note in additional submission details) REQUIRED.
- Does the provider require visa support H1B? (We are open to H1B Visas only) (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) REQUIRED.
- Clean malpractice history HIGHLY PREFERRED.
