Job description

A large medical group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist for a full-time outpatient dermatology position at a dermatology center located about an hour and a half north of Santa Rosa, near Clear Lake, CA.

Position Details:

1. Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule, with the possibility of a 4-day workweek
2. No call or inpatient duties
3. Approximately 30+ patients per day
4. Primarily adult patient care, with normally no pediatric cases
5. Services include Aesthetic, Cosmetic, and General Dermatology

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary starting at $350,000+ depending on experience, plus a percentage of collections
2. Start bonus and additional bonuses based on collections
