• Illinois Pharmacy Technician License required within 30 days of hire.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification required within 150 days of hire.
• Ability to travel to other locations in the zone.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and processes new and refill prescription orders and substitutions per formulary.
• Operates WinPharm software to label and provide medications.
• Adjudicates insurance claims.
• Maintains inventory awareness and management.
• Manages prior authorizations and resolutions.
• Handles patient service cases.
• Answers questions about medications and the practice.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
