Job summary

Integrated Dermatology in Massachusetts seeks a dermatology-trained PA-C or NP to join a well-established practice serving Greater Boston and Cape Cod. The role includes Mohs surgery support, full-scope medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology across three locations, with a patient-first culture and a collaborative team.

You will provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, perform procedures, and work in a supportive Mohs environment with a 4-day week and no call.

Qualifications

• Dermatology experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts.
• Patient-first mindset and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat general dermatology cases including acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures with Mohs support.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and Mohs team in a multi-location practice.
• Monday–Friday, 4-day workweek with no on-call requirement.
