Job Description

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices. As an advanced practice registered nurse/PA, you’ll be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. The job description of a NP/PA includes conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients’ health. You’ll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives. You should have experience in one of the following NP/PA specialties: dermatology, acute care, neonatal care, pediatrics, cardiology, family health, women’s health or psychiatry. Extensive clinical experience in Dermatology is vital. As a NP/PA, you’ll have to work closely with other healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills, and communication ability are important. If you’re dedicated to advancing your knowledge and clinical expertise through research and professional discourse, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities
  1. Examine patients and their medical records
  2. Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
  3. Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
  4. Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
  5. Prescribe medications
  6. Maintain accurate records and schedules
  7. Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
  8. Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention
  9. Oversee patients’ overall health
  10. Promote good health practices
  11. Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
Skills
  1. Proven experience as NP/PA in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
  2. Expertise in Dermatology, acute care and chronic care practices
  3. Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Strong ethics
  6. Team spirit with a positive attitude
  7. Patience and cool-headedness
  8. Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
  9. Valid NP/PA license
  10. Master’s degree; required
