Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for full-time coverage across North Texas facilities. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/license pathway required.
• DEA license and CPR/BCLS certification required.
• Master's degree in nursing and accredited NP program completion.
• Minimum 6 months long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Dermatology experience preferred; EMR documentation training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide dermatology care to residents in long-term facilities.
• Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' skin conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and perform skin evaluations and biopsies.
• Travel to assigned facilities across North Texas and document care in EMR.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Dermatology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team as a full-time provider supporting our North Texas territory. While this position is posted in Dallas, the role is not limited to the immediate Dallas area and will provide coverage across various skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the broader North Texas region. As a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with skin-related conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Prescribe medication and administer treatments
• Commitment to person-centered care
• Conduct screenings and skin evaluations.

• Wound care/skincare
• Diagnose and treat residents with a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acute to chronic and benign to malignant

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• DEA License
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Dermatology
• Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided
• Must have great organizational and time management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to assigned skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the North Texas territory
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
