Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Dermatology NP or PA-C for a seasonal position in Southwest Florida (Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples). The role supports a supervising physician and clinical team, handling dermatologic evaluations, treatments, and procedures with room for growth.

Qualifications include an active Florida NP/PA license and at least 1 year of dermatology experience, plus strong communication skills and a willingness to travel within the area. Training is provided as needed.

• Florida NP or PA license active or ability to obtain before starting.
• Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience as NP/PA.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dermatology setting.
• Willingness to travel within Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples area.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat dermatologic conditions.
• Perform skin examinations and skin cancer screenings.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients.
• Perform dermatology procedures based on experience and comfort level.
• Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, ED&C, and simple excisions/repairs as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMA.
• Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team.
• Provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel between Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples locations as needed.

The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions while working with a supervising physician and clinical support team.
