Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for part-time engagement in Florida. You will provide age-appropriate dermatology care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, conducting exams, histories, and care planning with the medical team.

Your experience in dermatology and geriatrics will support high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting tests, medication administration, and collaborating with physicians.

Qualifications

• CNP license and dermatology experience required.
• Graduate of an NP program or NP certification in Dermatology.
• Experience with diagnostic techniques and patient assessment.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient base and communicate with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and patient observations.
• Record medical histories and symptoms.
• Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
• Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
• Monitor and operate medical equipment as needed.
• Diagnose health issues and inform the physician on call.
• Administer medications and treatments.
