Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a friendly Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a part-time provider in Cleveland, TX.

You will deliver comprehensive dermatology care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support person-centered care. Requires an active NP/PA license, DEA, CPR/BLS, and a master’s degree in nursing with dermatology experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA License.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified.
• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum 6 months experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Dermatology experience (1 year preferred).
• EMR documentation experience (Sigma, Visual, PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' skin conditions.
• Conduct patient assessments including medical history reviews and exams.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments.
• Conduct skin biopsies and wound care as needed.
• Document care and ensure continuity of care.
