Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a friendly Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our part-time team caring for residents in long-term care facilities.

The role focuses on comprehensive skin care, evaluations, biopsies, and wound care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care. The position offers a three-day-per-week schedule with a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA License.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certification.
• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Dermatology experience (1 year preferred).
• Experience documenting in EMR systems (Sigma, Visual, PCC) preferred; training provided.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Prolonged standing and lifting up to 20 lbs; fine motor skills for procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' skin conditions and overall well-being.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments including history and examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments.
• Commit to person-centered care.
• Conduct skin screenings and evaluations; perform skin biopsies.
• Provide wound care and skincare; manage a range of skin conditions.
