Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a CNS/NP/PA to serve as a clinical resource and independent practitioner diagnosing and managing acute and chronic diseases within advanced practice scope. The role proactively manages patient care across the continuum and oversees complex patient care management.

Qualifications

• Current CNS/NP/PA licensure in New Mexico.
• One to three years of experience in area of expertise.
• DEA and CSR licensure required; NM Board of Pharmacy licensure

Responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes data from multiple sources to formulate differential diagnoses and control plans.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests; prescribes treatments and medications; may perform minor procedures.
• Manages health maintenance and restoration activities for patients across the care continuum.
• Collaborate with health-care team and coordinate care with patient and family.
• Contribute to quality improvement and teaching activities.
