Qualifications

Minimum 6 months in long-term care or SNF; hospital/outpatient also considered.
Active and unrestricted NP license; DEA license required.
Master's degree in nursing; NP program graduate.
Experience in dermatology preferred; training available.
Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site dermatology consults for skin conditions.
Perform initial assessments and dermatologic examinations.
Order and interpret biopsies and laboratory tests.
Diagnose and manage infections, inflammations and cancers.
Collaborate with dermatologists and interdisciplinary teams.
Perform minor procedures such as biopsies and cryotherapy.
Educate patients and caregivers on skincare and treatment plans.
Ensure accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.
