Job summary

The MedServ Group is actively recruiting a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for a part-time role in a facility-based setting. You will see 20-25 patients per visit, perform exams, record histories, and contribute to care plans.

Compensation is available per patient ($35.00–$40.00) or hourly ($60.00–$65.00) with malpractice insurance coverage. The ideal candidate holds NP licensure with dermatology experience in clinics, hospitals, or nursing homes, and is able to deliver high-quality elderly care

Qualifications

• CNP/Certified Nurse Practitioner License.
• Graduate of a state registered Nurse Practitioner Program OR NP certification by a National Association.
• Dermatologist experience in a clinic, hospital, or nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Performing physical exams and patient observations.
• Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.
• Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
• Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
• Monitoring and operating medical equipment, as needed.
• Diagnosing health issues and sharing it with the physician on call.
• Administering medicine and other treatments.
