Job summary

The Dermatology Specialists are seeking a friendly, driven receptionist to join our dermatology team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating with clinicians, and ensuring a smooth front-desk workflow in a fast-paced dermatology environment.

This full-time position requires weekend availability and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and access to on-demand wage tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Dermatology experience preferred.

We are the fastest growing Dermatology practice in the North East with 50+ locations thus far, throughout 4 New York City boroughs, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We are searching for a friendly, driven, hard-working receptionist for our Bronx locations. This vacancy does require weekend flexibility and must be able to work between the hours of 8:45 am to 7:00 pm (start/end time may change depending on site).

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Full time & some weekend availability
• Dermatology experience preferred
• eClinicalWorks experience preferred

Compensation:

$18.50 per hour
