Job summary

The Dermatology Specialists in New York City is seeking a friendly, driven Medical Receptionist to join our 50+ location network and support our Queens sites. This full-time role requires weekend flexibility and provides an opportunity to grow within a fast-growing dermatology practice that serves Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and beyond.

You will work across multiple locations, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, patient check-ins, and effective communication with clinical teams.

New York City's Largest Dermatology Practice

We're a full-service dermatology practice with 50+ locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. Now Delaware and Philly too!

Are you passionate about patient care? We are the fastest growing Dermatology practice in the North East with 50+ locations thus far, throughout 4 New York City boroughs, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We are searching for a friendly, driven, hard-working medical receptionist for our Queens locations. This vacancy does require weekend flexibility and must be able to work between the hours of 8:45 am to 7:00 pm (start/end time may change depending on site).

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking

Full time & some weekend availability

Dermatology experience preferred

Compensation: $18.50+ per hour

• 56 hours of Sick time off (10 additional hours per year)
