We are New York City's largest dermatology practice with 50+ locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Delaware, and Philadelphia.

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our Manhattan location. The role requires weekend flexibility and working hours between 09:00 am and 7:00 pm, with potential variation by site.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Strong computer skills
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish
6. Full-time availability with some weekends
7. Preferred: Dermatology experience and eClinicalWorks familiarity

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $16.50 - $17.50, based on experience
